Hi! It's been a crazy last two weeks. After a summer in Nashville, I packed everything back up to head back to Dallas but will be back and forth a ton the next few months! Even with all the unpacking (no idea how I accumulate so much crap), organizing, and planning time just never seems to hold up an wait. MONDAY AUGUST 24: Open House / Back to School with Lync Cycling There is a reason why this is my favorite workout : it doesn't feel like a punishment. It pretty much feels like a concert, but the lights are dark so no worries on feeling judged for your sweet moves.
