Post Workout
Signing up to do the October Challenge at Pure Barre (20 classes in 30 days) means early morning barre sessions almost daily. Most mornings I have only a slim window of time between class or work, so my go- to routine is becoming a little dry shampoo, a quick swipe of eyeliner, and throwing on a sweater or knit top over my leggings.
