Gray Skies & Neon Breakfasts
I was hit by a wave of panic last night when my voice cracked like a 12 year old boy as I scolded my puppy for chewing on the wall. Already jet lagged, long days, and being around so many people the next few weeks makes me a prime candidate for any illnesses floating around. Prevention is better than any cure.
My ultimate cure for the morning after?
1. 8 hours of sleep (bed early,up early)
2. Steady workout to get me going
3. Spa pedicure (I just wanted to justify this)
4. And a bright pitaya bowl from Nektar for a giant burst of vitamin C.
